Open pergola on middle south facing slopes of the hills, not irrigated with low production vineyards thinly planted at least 20 years old vines VINIFICATION
Grapes are picked and left to dry in small crates in a well ventilated place. After a careful selection the grapes are pressed after the Christmas time. The must, sweet and fragrant like a nectar, is left to ferment in small casks, in a cool place during the month of February and March. ALCOHOL GRADE
