The Gambellara Classico is the consequence of a perfect vintage....

..of the white wines (the cold during the blossoming has thinned the bunches of grape decreasing the production, July very hot and drought and the beginning of August very rainy, September very sunny with rains absent); the choice of the grapes, the fermentaion in the barrel and the long ageing did the rest.

Cabernet Riserva 2004 after a two years ageing in barriques, has been bottled during the Spring 2008 and there has completed his evolution reaching this year his top.It is garnet red, spicy notes, pepper and toasted coffee; in the mouth it is full, smooth, full bodied but not aggressive, with the right tannins and long persistence.
