Valfonda Pinot Rosè a wine for the summer

The summer begins and Cantina di Gambellara is proud to introduce you the Valfonda Pinot Rosè.This new product was presented for the first time at the last Vinitaly and enchanted all the visitors for its freshness and elegance wich make this wine, togehter with its pleasantness, perfect for the summer time.  

 Made exclusively by Pinot Noir grapes, grown on the Gambellara hill sides, vinified in rosè thanks to a very short contact of the must with the skins after the pressing, Valfonda Pinot Rosè is obtained by the refermentation in the autoclave according to the long charmat method. Its perlage is fine and persistent and makes it extremely pleasant and elegant and very well versed as well as it is perfect as aperitif but it is a very good match with light main courses, cold cuts, very simple fish dishes, shell fish and seafood.
